1. What is "Virgin Hair"?

Virgin Hair is the highest quality of extensions. Virgin Hair simply means that the hair is unprocessed and still has its cuticles. The hair has not been treated with perms, dye, or bleach; our hair is NOT chemically treated in any way. Grand Posh Hair is in its natural state - cut and sewn onto the weft and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment. The pureness of the hair allows for versatility and INCREASED longevity!

2. How much hair will I need for my install?

• Full Partial (leaving perimeter out): 2-3 bundles
• Full (No hair left out): 3-4 bundles
• For longer lengths (18-30 inches) We recommend minimum 3-4 bundles

3. Why are there strands of grey hair in my bundles?

We provide our customers with 100% virgin hair, which is unprocessed. Our donors vary in age, therefore, some may have some grey strands.

4. I want curly hair but don't know how to pick the lengths.

All curly hair measured at its strecthed length. For curly hair it is best to go a minimum of 2 inches longer than you are accustomed to.

Example: If you normally wear 16/18/20 for other textures, we recommend 18/20/22 for curly hair

5. Do you offer overnight or 1-day shipping?

No, all orders are subject to the same shipping and processing times. Allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for interational orders.

6. Can I purchase half bundles?

No. Half bundles are not offered at this time.

7. Do you seal wefts?

No. We do not offer weft-sealing services at this time.

8. What payment methods do you take?

Grand Posh Hair takes PayPal. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use it. To prevent fradulent activity, we go through PayPal for credit/debit card processing.

PayPal takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.

9. How long does the hair last?

With proper care your hair can last 1-2 years. Virgin hair can last even longer with excellent maintenance. Remeber to refrain from using excessive products, and stick to sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners. The hair is no longer attached to a scalp, so it needs moisturizing products with little build up. Like you would your own hair, be sure to wrap hiar in satin or silk at night to retain moisture.

Color processing can affect the life of your hair, be sure to consult with a hair professional when dyeing your virgin hair.

10. Can the hair be straightened?

Yes, all hair from Grand Posh Hair can be straightened and returns back to its natural state after applying water/conditioner or after washing.

Excessive heat styling can affect your hair's longevity.
